General Information File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Site
MTM Contractors uses a general information FTP site to share non-sensitive information.
This site is accessible by the public. Do not post any information that is classified,
sensitive, proprietary, or that may cause harm if exposed to the general public.
You may view and download from the FTP site using your web browswer at the following
address: http://info.mtmspokane.com
You may use your own FTP client software to access the site to both upload and download
files. To set up your FTP client to access our site:
Set your FTP client to connect to host ftp.mtmspokane.com
Set your user name as guest@mtmspokane.com
Set your password as guest

Private File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Site Areas
MTM Contractors uses private areas of our FTP site to share project information or other
documents that require protection from public view. You will receive an emailed invitation
to visit these private areas with a unique user name and password for that specific area.
To access a private area of our FTP site using Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE) follow
these steps:
1. Start MSIE
2. Enter “ftp://ftp.mtmspokane.com” (without quotes) into the “Address” box near the top of
the screen
3. MSIE will open a page with only two files displayed, “akamai” and “README”
4. Select “File” from the menu at the top of the screen
5. Select “Login As…”
6. In the “Log On As” window, enter the user name provided by email in the “User name:”
box (i.e. "project@mtmspokane.com")
7. In the “Log On As” window, enter the password provided by email in the “Password” box
8. In the “Log On As” window, select the “Log On” button at the bottom
